Colony Hill Condominiums originated in 1998 by the Mid-Ohio Development Corporation.

 We are a community of 87 individually owned condominiums located in 19 buildings, a clubhouse/office, and covered mail center, all of which covers approximately 15 acres in the north Zanesville.

 Nestled in a private corner, but near shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities, Colony Hill maintains private drives with access from Northpointe Drive and Frazeysburg Road (Maple Ave).

Our Association is managed by a Board of Trustees comprised of condominium owners. The Association maintains the common areas of our community including the private drives, driveways, postal center, clubhouse, as well as  building roofs, siding and spouting.  Grounds keeping, water/sewer, and trash collection are included in the monthly assessments.

All individual properties are privately owned and maintained by the owners within the Rules and Regulations.
  Sales of properties are handled only through owners and/or their realtors.
